The mission of the South Gwinnett Counseling Department is to provide academic, personal/social and career support to students for the purpose of graduating from high school and pursuing post-secondary education.

Counseling office hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00am-2:50pm.

New student registration is done by appointments only.  Please call (770) 736-4335 to schedule your appointment after completing the On-Line registration forms prior to your appointment.

If you do not have your child's official transcript, please fill out a Records' Release form in person and leave it at South Gwinnett HS to request your child's records at least a week before your registration appointment with the Counselor.  We must have your student's transcript as well as all required documents needed in order for the Counselor to schedule classes.
